1. Booking:
- Start by booking through our user-friendly online booking portal on our website or by calling us at 1300 300 460.
- If you're uncertain about the duration required for your task. We understand that project timelines can vary, and we're committed to accommodating your needs. Don't hesitate to give us a call if you're unsure about the time required – we're happy to discuss and can schedule you for a longer duration than initially anticipated. Rest assured, you'll only be charged for the actual time you use, and going overtime is perfectly acceptable. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
2. Arrival at the Workshop:
- Upon your arrival, we'll ask you to complete and sign a waiver to ensure a smooth process.
- Our team will then direct you to park your car in the hoist bay, where one of our staff members will safely position your car onto the hoist.
3. Hoist Tutorial:
- We'll provide a brief tutorial on how to use the hoist, including raising and lowering your car safely.
- Our team will also introduce you to all the available tools and accessories that you can utilize for your booking.
4. Commence Work:
- With everything set up, you can start working on your car. Remember, our staff are always onsite to assist you with additional power tools or any other needs that may arise during your session.
5. Self-Service Experience:
- It's important to note that there isn't a licensed mechanic onsite. You'll be responsible for performing all the work yourself. However, if you need advice or assistance, we can contact local mechanics who may be able to help.

Skip the parts run and get straight to work. With our Parts Packages, we organise your parts and have them delivered to the workshop before your booking. We’ll call you to confirm everything, so when you arrive, your parts are ready to go. No delays—show up and start working on your car. Minimum 72 hours’ notice required.
